Wireless head phones, chairs in a circle

Five chairs are positioned in a circle, each supporting a set of wireless headphones. An audio track loops on each headset relaying the personal experiences of the artist's generation of immigrants to Australia. 
Each visitor hears the 11 individual stories about personal experiences of modern day migration and the challenges it can encompass. With the circle formation reminiscent of spaces for open discussion listeners approach a sense of intimacy in their shared experience of listening to the personal tales of others.
